 we would love to have you join us for ADVENT BY CANDLELIGHT either as an attendee or a table host If this is your first time to attend an advent by candlelight event at our parish or if you wish to fully immerse yourself in the festivities and have a more meaningful experience we recommend you register as an attendee. If you have attended an advent by candlelight event at our parish before, enjoy prepping and planning and fanning your colorful little social butterfly wings, and would like to have a more active role in helping to heighten the experience for others we recommend you register as a table host. WHAT DOES HOSTING A TABLE ENTAIL? Whether you host a table of friends and family or a table for open seating, the table host is responsible for the following:
Some hosts have a small gift at each place setting, but this is not required. If you sign up as a hostess a Women's Ministry leader will contact you via email (about a week in advance) to finalize your guestlist & provide further details. If you are hosting a private table, please make sure that your selected guests RSVP AS AN ATTENDEE ASAP, as this event has limited seating. If they are not yet registered when the seats have all been reserved online or via the Welcome Center, they will not be able to join us for the evening. HOW DO I SIGN-UP TO ATTEND OR HOST A TABLE AT THIS EVENT? Rosary Rally
Join the Secular Franciscan Order at their monthly rosary rally. Bring your rosary and a chair or a blanket to sit on and meet the group at noon under the Bell Tower to pray along. In the case of inclement weather, the rosary rally will take place in the church. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass

WHAT DOES HOSTING A TABLE ENTAIL?
Whether you host a table of friends and family or a table for open seating, the table host is responsible for the following:
- Decorating a table for (up to) 8 guests
- Many include a charger, plate, napkin, glasses, utensils; some bring their fine china others use pretty holiday paper/plastic products.
- The kitchen will be open for coffee and water, but it is not available for dishwashing.
- Christmas/Advent decorations for centerpieces along with a few candles.
- The parish will provide a few tea lights per table.
- Providing wine and dessert(s) for your table.
Some hosts have a small gift at each place setting, but this is not required.
