Dearest Parishioners, I thank you so much for your outpouring of love.  You are very dear to me, and I thank you once more. It is a small thing, but I wrote a little history of St. Anne's as a gift for you.  I am not the first one to do this (I draw from my predecessors heavily), but I might be the first one to be able to offer it to such a wide audience and contextualize it for today.  May it be fruitful. As we are closest in the Eucharist, allow me to give a final greeting: See you in the Eucharist! Sincerely your friend, Fr. Sean ** PLEASE SEE LINK BELOW TO DOWNLOAD THE HISTORY OF ST...

What makes our parish community special is our pastors and parish staff's steadfast commitment to constantly seek our parishioner's feedback in order to understand what direction we need to go and how we can shape the future of our church to fit the real needs of our people. With that in mind, we have put together a survey to help guide us through the transition from the "safer at home" phase we have all been dealing with to our next journey of beginning to gather together once again. We want to know how you are feeling and what you think about how we move forward. Please take a few minutes to complet...

Pope Francis meditated on the calming of the storm from the Gospel of Mark during the prayer service over which he presided on the steps of St Peter's Basilica on Friday evening. Here is the full text. “When evening had come” (Mk 4:35). The Gospel passage we have just heard begins like this. For weeks now it has been evening. Thick darkness has gathered over our squares, our streets and our cities; it has taken over our lives, filling everything with a deafening silence and a distressing void, that stops everything as it passes by; we feel it in the air, we notice in people’s gestures, their g...
