Scripture Study Groups

Presently, we are offering two different Scripture Study programs:

Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 9:30 beginning September 15 - Matthew: The King and His Kingdom by Jeff Cavins:

Matthew: The King and His Kingdom is the next study in the Great Adventure series.  This 24-week DVD program focuses on Jesus as the fulfillment of the promises of the Old Testament.  It also touches on Jesus' establishment of the Church as the Kingdom of Heaven on earth, making it an excellent introduction to the Great Adventure study on the Acts of the Apostles.  Set in the rich context of Jesus' Jewish culture, this study of the Gospel of Matthew will help you understand the universal truths of the Kingdom of God; it will help you understand more fully God's will for us today.

Thursday mornings from 10:00 to 11:30 beginning September 9 - Praying the Scriptures - Little Rock Scripture Study:

Throughout the year, we offer sessions from Little Rock Scripture Study on Thursdays from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. in St. Francis Hall.  Jack Boucher facilitates the Little Rock Scripture Study sessions.  Please watch the bulletin or call the parish office for more information.
